PickMaster is coming soon. It is being built on top of the same collection: the cards a fan already owns become the votes they play with. You can look at the preview at pickmaster.cc.
No. You sign up with an e-mail, pay by card, Pix or PayPal, and the collectibles are kept in your account. There is nothing to install and nothing to configure.
